Founded in 2014 by Frantz Yvelin and Peter Luethi, La Compagnie is a Smart Business Class airline that operates regular scheduled transatlantic flights between New York (Newark International Airport) and Paris (Paris Orly Airport) and seasonal services between New York (Newark International Airport) and Nice (Nice Côte d'Azur International Airport) and flights to Tel Aviv (Ben Gurion Airport) and from 2022 also to Milan (Milan Malpensa Airport, Terminal 1).

At each airport served by La Compagnie, passengers have priority access to controls and a lounge with spaces for relaxation, work and catering. The launge at Milan Malpensa airport for La Compagnie is the Montale Lounge, Boarding Area - Extra Schengen - First Floor.

The fleet Airbus A321neo of La Compagnie has 76 reclining seats to a fully horizontal sleeping position and offers a state-of-the-art entertainment system, unlimited Wi-Fi service and a dining experience with menus designed by renowned Chefs from New York and Paris.

Since June 2019, La Compagnie has been operating with two new Airbus A321neo. La Compagnie is the first French airline to fly with these new generation aircraft which consume 30% less fuel than the previous ones. The aircraft are equipped with 76 business seats and carry the colors of La Compagnie: celestial blue and anthracite gray.

La Compagnie has an exclusively 100% business class cabin. The cabins are configured in 2x2 seats and have only 76 seats with ample personal space and the possibility of sleeping on board.
The new A321neo cab features 76 Rockwell Collins reclining seats into horizontal beds. 50 cm wide, the sleeping seats offer a bed length of 192 cm.

The A321neos feature a seat-mounted 15.6-inch display and free high-speed WiFi from Viasat, allowing passengers to connect via their personal devices during the flight.
