DXB Greet & Go: new pick-up service at Dubai Terminal 3

Dubai Airports has launched DXB Greet & Go, an innovative digital service operating at Terminal 3 at Dubai International Airport. Designed to optimize the guest pickup experience with reservations made through hotels, tour operators, or authorized limousine services, the new system replaces traditional paging with an intuitive and secure technology solution.

Thanks to DXB Greet & Go, arriving passengers receive a personalized QR code in advance, which they can scan at the special kiosk in the Arrivals area. Once the scan has been performed, the system immediately shows all the useful information: the driver's name, the license plate number and the exact location of the assigned vehicle. Everything is completed by a dedicated assistance service, with multilingual staff who accompany guests to the meeting point.

In addition to improving reception and reducing waiting times, the service helps to decongest the Arrivals area, ensuring a more orderly flow and greater operational efficiency within the terminal. 

The DXB Greet & Go service at Dubai DXB Airport is accessible to hotels, transport companies and tour operators registered on the dedicated portal. Once registration is complete, operators can generate and send their guests individual QR codes, which allow for immediate identification and quick and uncomplicated pickup.
