At Dubai International Airport, art becomes a universal language capable of uniting travellers from all over the world.

A new exhibition created in collaboration with Mawaheb, the Dubai-based art studio that has been supporting and enhancing the talents of people with disabilities for years, has been inaugurated in the busiest airport in the United Arab Emirates.

The exhibition brings together twelve canvases that, with intense colors and different styles, express emotions, dreams and personal stories.

It goes from the abstract to the figurative, with touches of surrealism and pop-art, in a dialogue that surprises for the richness of perspectives and the creative energy that emanates from each work.

The initiative is part of the Year of the Community proclaimed by the United Arab Emirates and confirms Dubai Airports' commitment to promoting social inclusion even in a place of international transit such as the airport

For millions of passengers, the exhibition represents an opportunity to discover the strength and sensitivity of artists who transform their life experience into a message of shared beauty.

Since 2017, the collaboration between Dubai Airports and Mawaheb has been pursuing a common path of accessibility and talent enhancement. This new exhibition, hosted in Terminal 1, invites travelers to stop for a few moments and be inspired by the determination and creativity of people with disabilities, making the journey not just a simple journey but an encounter with art and inclusion.
