Como-Milan Bergamo Airport: Flibco launches the first direct connection
The opportunities for connections to Milan Bergamo Airport are increasing and mobility between Lombardy and the Como area is strengthened. Flibco announces the launch of a new direct line between Como and Bergamo airport, operational from 28 April, with frequent departures every day and a service designed to offer passengers a simple, fast solution without changes.
After the success of the Como-Milan Malpensa section, the company is thus expanding its presence in Italy by introducing a strategic connection that responds to a growing demand for mobility to one of the most dynamic airports for low-cost and international traffic.
A direct and accessible connection
The new line is now the first direct solution between Como and Milan Bergamo Airport, with a journey time of about 1 hour and 45 minutes. The service provides 10 daily departures in both directions and connects key points in the area: Como San Giovanni, Como Grandate, Milano Lampugnano and BGY.
More connections to the Milan Bergamo Airport network
The new connection facilitates access to an increasingly wide network of national, European and international destinations served by the Bergamo airport. The absence of a direct connection to date makes this line particularly competitive, both in terms of time and ease of travel.
Comfort and flexibility for the passenger
The service is part of a logic of travel experience that is increasingly passenger-oriented. Spacious seats, free Wi-Fi, USB sockets and ample luggage space are available on board. In addition, there are flexible solutions, such as the possibility of taking the next ride in the event of a flight delay and free cancellation up to six hours before departure. Tickets are available online starting from €9.99 from Como and €5.99 from Milan Lampugnano, confirming a competitive positioning also on the fare front.
Increasingly integrated mobility
The new route, operated in collaboration with Bus Miccolis, is part of a broader vision of integrated mobility, in which direct connections, high frequencies and digital services contribute to making access to the airport increasingly simple, efficient and in line with the needs of contemporary travellers.
