The exhibition brings together the shots of 41 selected photographers (students of the IIF), juxtaposed with the works of the international photographer Massimo Sestini, known for his ability to capture unusual perspectives and investigate complex themes through aerial photography.
Loredana De Pace expertly guided the photographers on this journey, inviting them to explore the multiple meanings of flight.
The images on display not only testify to the talent and sensitivity of the authors, but are also an invitation to reflect on the human condition, always suspended between the aspiration for change and the fear of failure.
The exhibition aims to offer a unique experience to passengers transiting through the airport, transforming the terminal into a space for reflection and contemplation.
Massimo Sestini's shots, known for their spectacularity and ability to capture unprecedented perspectives from above, serve as a point of reference for all the photographers involved. His works are a tribute to the beauty of flight and its symbolic power, while representing a challenge and a source of inspiration for young photographers.
"Fly! Between earth and sky" is an invitation to explore the complex and fascinating universe of flight, to recognize its profound implications and to be inspired by the infinite possibilities it offers. The exhibition represents an opportunity to look beyond the horizon, to seek new points of view and to reflect on our ability to dream and to overcome our boundaries.
