Turkish Airlines: best In-flight food & beverage
Turkish Airlines received the "Best Food & Beverage in Europe" award at the APEX Best Airline Awards 2026. This is the fifth time the airline has received this award for the quality of its in-flight dining experience.
The award was given based on anonymous, verified reviews collected through TripIt by Concur. For the 2026 edition, passengers have rated over one million flights operated by more than 600 airlines worldwide.
The reviews took into account five aspects of the travel experience: seat comfort, cabin service, food and drinks, entertainment, and Wi-Fi. Turkish Airlines stood out in the category dedicated to catering.
The company's gastronomic offer combines traditional Turkish recipes and international proposals, with differentiated menus and services developed for different travel classes. Among the most recognizable elements is the Flying Chef program, designed to enhance the preparation and presentation of meals.
The award was presented on 10 June in Dublin during the APEX Awards, organised as part of the Future Travel Experience EMEA, Ancillary & Retailing. Turkish Airlines serves over 130 countries on six continents and flies to over 350 destinations worldwide.
