The Tenerife North Airport or Los Rodeos Airport is located in San Cristobal de La Laguna and from 10 kilometres from Santa Cruz de Tenerife, in the Canaries.
Its passengers traffic is mainly domestic with connecting flights to the other islands in the archipelago: Gran Canaria, La Palma, Lanzarote, Fuerteventura, El Hierro and La Gomera but the airport also connects other cities in Spain like Barcelona, Seville and Bilbao.

Tenerife North Airport - Ciudad de La Laguna started operation in 2002 with the new passenger terminal built in the southern part of the island of Tenerife, after the airport authorities decided in 1978 to close Los Rodeos airport and build precisely a new airport.

Route 'Puerto de la Cruz-Tenerife Norte Airport' runs between the airport and the capital Santa Cruz.
Route 'Santa Cruz-Tenerife Norte Airport-Puerto de la Cruz' runs between the airport and the capital Santa Cruz, Taroconte and the north of the island (Puerto de la Cruz and La Laguna).
Route 'Puerto de la Cruz-Tenerife Norte Airport-Tenerife Sur Airport-Los Cristianos' runs between Tenerife Norte-Ciudad de La Laguna and Tenerife Sur Airport nonstop in 50 minutes.
Car
From the airport you can reach Santa Cruz de Tenerife through TF5 along 13 kilometers in 12 minutes.
