Turkish Airlines and Gulf Air sign Memorandum of Understanding

The national flag carrier of Turkey and the national flag carrier of the Kingdom of Bahrain will explore opportunities to expand their networks with strategic routes, relying on direct flights between Turkey and Bahrain

Turkish Airlines, the national flag carrier of Turkey, and Gulf Air, the national flag carrier of the Kingdom of Bahrain, have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to strengthen strategic cooperation.

This Memorandum of Understanding establishes a framework for comprehensive cooperation in several areas, which includes a strategic partnership agreement, potential joint ventures, mutual benefits in loyalty programs, and ground handling services. This collaboration aims to promote mutual growth, promote business development, and promote commercial, cultural, and social exchanges between Turkey and Bahrain.

Under this MoU, both airlines will explore opportunities to expand their networks through strategic routes, relying on direct services between Turkey and Bahrain in the Persian Gulf with its modern capital Manama.
