The selection can be made via the SWISS Culinary Journey on swiss.com/menu or via the Swiss app. Those who book their meal in advance are guaranteed to receive their chosen main course on board.

Pre-Select was already available for Swiss First and Swiss Business passengers from 2022 and, from December 2025, also for Swiss Premium Economy, where there is a choice of three dishes. The airline records around 1,000 pre-orders per day.

On Swiss short-haul flights, Economy passengers can also pre-order dishes from the Swiss Saveurs menu with a 10% discount.
