Starting in December 2024, passengers will be able to watch this original short film during Qatar Airways flights. Directed by internationally renowned filmmaker Tim Story, the video offers an irresistible mix of fun and hands-on instruction, making the safety briefing not only informative, but also enjoyable. Kevin Hart leads the show with his unmistakable irony, accompanied by memorable appearances from the likes of Rosie Huntington-Whiteley, who helps him demonstrate how to properly store luggage in the upper compartments. Anwar and Amal Jibawi intervene to explain the importance of keeping your seat belt fastened at all times, while Khaby Lame adds a touch of comedy to the safety procedures. Adam Waheed completes the cast by deftly illustrating how to use oxygen masks.
Set in a series of iconic locations in destinations ranging from Nairobi to Paris, New York, Sydney and the wonders of Qatar, the video is a visual journey across the world, celebrating the global essence of Qatar Airways. The video will be progressively introduced on select flights from December 2024 and will be available across the Qatar Airways network by January 2025.
