New interline agreement between Emirates and Air Peace

Among the cities reachable in Africa: Abidjan, Accra, Asaba, Abuja, Akure, Benin City, Banjul, Calabar, Dakar, Enugu, Freetown, Ilorin, Kaduna, Kano, Lagos, Monrovia, Port Harcourt, Owerri, Uyo Banjul and Warri

The partnership already in place between Emirates and Air Peace, West Africa's leading carrier, is strengthened with a new bilateral interline agreement that will expand air connectivity between Africa and the United Arab Emirates. On selected routes, passengers use a single ticket with baggage check-in to their final destination.

In addition to the 13 cities in Nigeria (via Lagos are: Asaba, Abuja, Akure, Benin City, Calabar, Enugu, Ilorin, Kaduna, Kano, Port Harcourt, Owerri, Warri and Uyo) already accessible to Emirates passengers via Air Peace's network, the new interline agreement will allow Travellers to reach Banjul in The Gambia and Dakar in Senegal (both via Abidjan), as well as Freetown in Sierra Leone and Monrovia in Liberia (both via Accra).

The agreement also allows Air Peace to connect its extensive route system in West and Central Africa with Emirates' hub in Dubai and to other strategic destinations such as London (Heathrow, Gatwick and Stansted airports with strong demand for flights between Nigeria and the UK), Abidjan, Accra and Lagos

On the Dubai-Lagos route, Emirates operates a Boeing 777-300ER. Emirates is one of only two airlines operating a First Class cabin from Dubai International Airport (DXB) to Nigeria.
