New Emirates-Bahamasair partnership to fly to the Bahamas

One ticket to easily connect Miami and Orlando with Nassau and Freeport thanks to the new interline agreement

Emirates is expanding its network in the Caribbean by entering into an interline partnership with Bahamasair, offering Travellers a simple and direct connection to the Bahamas

The agreement, which is now operational, allows Emirates customers to continue their journey from Miami or Orlando to Nassau/Paradise Island and Freeport, with the convenience of a single booking.

The collaboration stems from the Memorandum of Understanding signed last June and allows passengers to purchase a complete itinerary from Emirates' extensive global network to Florida and, from there, continue to the Bahamian islands without having to manage separate tickets. Benefits include a single baggage policy and a more streamlined and intuitive travel management.

Emirates operates 12 destinations in the United States, including the two gateways covered by the agreement. Miami is served with daily flights operated by Boeing 777s modernized to four classes, while Orlando receives five weekly connections with Boeing 777s configured in three classes. From these cities, customers can board Bahamasair flights, operated by Boeing 737s, to the archipelago's main tourist destinations.

The new partnership makes it easier for passengers who want to reach the Bahamas faster, more comfortably and more efficiently, by integrating the Emirates experience with Bahamasair domestic connections.
