Italy to Perth with Emirates

The airline connects Bologna, Milan Malpensa, Rome Fiumicino and Venice to its international hub in Dubai with 49 weekly flights, offering convenient connections to Perth and major cities in Western Australia

With the arrival of the ideal time to travel outside of peak season, there's no better time to explore Western Australia and experience its calendar of must-see events and experiences. In this context, Emirates, in collaboration with Tourism Western Australia, invites Italian travelers to look west for their next trip to Australia.

Thanks to an extensive network and services designed to ensure comfort and convenience, the company connects Italy to its international hub in Dubai with 49 weekly flights, offering convenient connections to Perth and the main cities of Western Australia.

Emirates, which currently operates two daily flights between Dubai and Perth, will also introduce the refurbished A380 on the EK 420/421 route from 26 October, offering passengers an even more exclusive travel experience.

Strong connectivity is also fueling the growth of Premium demand: from Italy to Perth, Business Class bookings are up 21% compared to last year (data based on advance bookings from Italy to Perth, Australia, September 2025 - August 2026), confirming the interest of high-spending travellers for a superior flight experience.

Emirates confirms its position as the backbone of Italian air connectivity, operating from four strategic gateways connecting the country to the dynamic hub in Dubai and the airline's extensive global network.

Emirates operates direct flights between Dubai (DXB) and Perth (PER), Western Australia's main international airport, a gateway to discover the region's natural beauty, coastal cities and inland regions. Wonders to explore include whale watching, colourful coral and marine life at Ningaloo Reef, the World Heritage listed Murujuga Cultural Landscape (Australia's 21st UNESCO site and second recognised for its Aboriginal cultural values), the floating sauna in Pemberton or sustainable eco-tourism in Purnululu National Park.

Emirates flies from the airports of Rome, Milan, Venice and Bologna, to its international hub in Dubai, from which destinations all over the world are reached, such as Bangkok, Mumbai, Singapore, Sydney, Kuala Lumpur. The airline operates a mix of Airbus A380, Boeing 777 and the new A350 aircraft.
