"Emirates World" Travel Store in Casablanca

Emirates has launched Emirates World in Casablanca, a travel retail store. Measuring 534 square metres, it is the largest Emirates World store ever opened, designed to redefine the customer experience and reinforce the airline's commitment to the Moroccan market. Located on Boulevard Franklin Roosevelt, Emirates World invites you to immerse yourself in an elegant and welcoming environment, where you can receive inspiration and personalised support to plan your trips.

 

 

The store offers an immersive and intuitive experience. The store's design reflects Emirates' sophistication, with a light colour palette that recalls the lightness of flight. The open-plan environment offers a relaxed atmosphere, in line with the company's premium experience. The store offers nine customer service stations, where qualified staff offer services ranging from travel planning to ticketing.

 

 

A central point of the store is the iconic life-size replica of the Onboard Lounge on Emirates' A380, along with a dedicated Premium Economy seat showcase. Thanks to innovative technologies, such as the "selfie mirror", you can take photos inspired by the destinations and get flight information, while self-service kiosks reduce waiting times and make the process even more efficient.

Since its first flight between Dubai and Casablanca in 2002, the airline has carried over 3.65 million passengers. In 2022, Emirates strengthened its presence through a codeshare partnership with Royal Air Maroc, enabling a connection to 18 destinations in Morocco, including Fez, Marrakech and Agadir.
