The collaboration between Emirates and the Government of Western Australia, through Tourism Western Australia, continues in 2025. Building on the positive results already achieved, this partnership reinforces Emirates' role as the airline of choice for this fascinating destination.
Western Australia: a destination to discover
Western Australia is established as an unmissable destination for 2025. The region offers an irresistible mix of unspoiled nature, spectacular coastlines, authentic Aboriginal cultural experiences and unique wildlife.

2025 also marks an important recognition for Perth, a city named "Capital of Italian Creativity in the World". The Consulate of Italy celebrates the title with the Italian Way festival, which between March and July will bring to the city over 15 events dedicated to culture, innovation and economic relations between Italy and Western Australia.
Looking to the future, Western Australia will continue to be in the spotlight: in 2026, Albany/Kinjarling, in the Great Southern region, will host the region's first Bicentennial, with large-scale art installations by Kari Kola, while in 2027 Perth will be among the cities featured in the Rugby World Cup, confirming itself as a reference destination for international tourism and enthusiasts of the sector.
