Delta brings live sports to international flights

Beginning fall 2026, SkyMiles members will be able to watch the Premier League, UEFA competitions, Formula 1, NFL, NBA and tennis via Delta Sync Wi-Fi

Delta Air Lines will introduce live sports streaming on international flights to and from the U.S. in Fall 2026 through a new partnership with IMG and Sport 24. Customers will be able to access Sport 24 and Sport 24 Extra channels directly from the Delta Sync Wi-Fi portal using their personal device.

The service will be available to SkyMiles members, the airline's free program, and will include events and leagues such as the Premier League, UEFA competitions, Formula 1, NFL, NBA and tennis Grand Slam tournaments. The live programming will be selected based on the most relevant events available during the flight.

For passengers on intercontinental connections, the novelty expands in-flight entertainment beyond pre-recorded content, allowing them to follow in-flight sporting events while crossing oceans and time zones.

Delta Sync Wi-Fi is already available across the entire transatlantic network to Europe, Israel and Africa, as well as Latin America, while gate-to-gate connectivity on transpacific routes will be expanded later this fall.
