Beond launches flights from Milan to Red Sea International Airport
beOnd, a premium leisure airline, has inaugurated the first direct flight between Europe and Red Sea International Airport (RSI), operated by daa International. Milan (Malpensa) thus becomes the first European airport with a direct flight to The Red Sea and Amaala, two of the most exclusive emerging destinations in the world, where innovation, hospitality and respect for nature come together in a world-class architectural design.
The new connection represents a historic milestone: for the first time, the Italian capital of design and culture is directly connected to the pristine beaches and breathtaking views of the Saudi Red Sea, thanks to a route that unites three poles of excellence - Milan, The Red Sea and Amaala - symbols of style, sustainability and vision.
The service, operational from 12 November 2025, provides two weekly frequencies and is carried out with A320 aircraft from the beOnd fleet, configured with totally lie-flat seats to ensure maximum comfort. This route is the first of a series of new connections that the company will introduce from the Red Sea in the coming months.
On board, beOnd offers an experience with attention to the smallest details for the premium leisure traveler, with chef-signed cuisine, personalized courtesy kits in collaboration with Avant and seats made by Optimares with Poltrona Frau leather, an expression of Italian excellence. The company aims to redefine the concept of luxury travel, combining refined design, impeccable service and direct access to some of the most desired destinations on the planet.
The Red Sea destination already has nine luxury resorts open, as well as the upscale Thuwal Private Retreat off Jeddah. Meanwhile, Red Sea Global has announced the imminent opening of Amaala Triple Bay, with five new five-star resorts, a luxury yacht club, a marine biology institute, a state-of-the-art marina and a vibrant Marina Village.
