Air France opens a restaurant in Marseille
Air France brings its in-flight dining experience to Marseille with the third edition of the pop-up restaurant dedicated to Business Class menus. From July 14 to August 9, 2026, guests can dine on the terrace of the Cercle des Nageurs, overlooking the Mediterranean and the city.
After the previous editions in Paris, the company offers an experience in Provence designed to let you enjoy the dishes served on long-haul flights on the ground. The main menu is signed by Régis Marcon, three-Michelin-starred chef and winner of the Bocuse d'Or, with a choice of meat, poultry, fish and vegetarian proposal.
Among the recipes on the menu are duck lasagna with blackcurrant sauce, mushrooms and spinach, and ratatouille cake with basil, zucchini and celery. The desserts are created by Nina Métayer, Best Pastry Chef in the World 2023, with proposals such as the lemon and verbena delight and the crunchy hazelnut and caramel slice.
The experience also includes Pommery champagne, French wines selected by Air France sommelier Xavier Thuizat, the Business Class Quintessence cocktail and soft drinks.
The Air France restaurant in Marseille has 40 seats, open every evening except Mondays, from 7:30 pm to 9:30 pm, by reservation only. The menu costs 98 euros per person, including VAT and drinks.
