The train offers a free airport service for transit passengers to use inside the airport to connect from TB1 (Terminal 1), Air Mall, Parking, TB2 (Terminal 2), up to TB3 (Terminal 3) in 5 minutes.
Bus to Cairo and other destinations. Departures are from the bus station which is located in the parking lot in front of Terminal 1. Intercity buses leave from the bus station located between the terminals.
Cairo International Airport is located in the North-East of Cairo, the Capital of Egypt. The airport is located in Heliopolis, 22km northeast of central Cairo and 40km from the Giza Pyramids. The airport can be reached from Cairo city center, across the 6th October Bridge, via Salah Salem road, which leads to Heliopolis. The airport and Heliopolis are well signposted from the city center. The airport can be reached via the new road, connection Terminal 3 with the intersection between Ring Road and Suez Road.
