Marche Airport is located about 18 km from the city of Ancona. In 2004, the Marche Airport was enlarged and renewed it into a modern structure for promoting the tourist and industrial development of the Marche regions and the surrounding areas within Europe.

Transportation to/from the Ancona airport

The Marche Airport can be reached from the station and the port of Ancona, but also from the Falconara railway and the new Interporto Freight Village, located in Jesi.

Train

Marche Airport is connected directly to Castelferretti railway station with departures for Falconara, Ancona, Jesi and Fabriano. This line will take you to Ancona rail station, where it's possible to reach national and international destinations.

Bus

A shuttle bus service to/from Ancona and Falconara is available at the airport.

Car

State Route 76 connetcs Marche Airport with motorway. Travelling by car from west, the airport is located at SS 76 exit 21; instead, travelling from A14 adriatic motorway, its exit is Ancona Nord. Marche Airport is connected directly to the main motorway to Rome, Milan, Bari and Ancona which is only 18km away.
